We are happy to forward you the E-Flyer & the Registration Form for the Diamond Jubilee India Travel Congress, 60th Convention & Exhibition of TAAI to be held in Istanbul, Turkey from 11th to 14th March, 2012. We would like to draw your attention that there were many Early Bird Offers announced by the Convention Committee which expired on 8th February, 2012. We kindly request the members to fill in the registration form and send it to us along with the package charges.

We would also like to share that His Excellency Dr. Burak Akcapar, Ambassador of Turkey to India has announced to waive off the visa fees for all registered delegates in India.

TAAI is pleased to present to you the 60th Annual Convention in it's Diamond Jubilee year - THE INDIAN TRAVEL CONGRESS AND EXHIBITION 2012 at Istanbul, Turkey.

The TAAI Convention, re-christened as The Indian Travel Congress and Exhibition, has been an event which has been eagerly awaited every year since the past 59 years. Travel, tourism and hospitality professionals from across the world look forward to this event to network with key players in the industry, to identify new avenues to take their business forward and to interact with principals and clients. Over the years the TAAI convention has set the benchmark in the industry and met all the expectations of the delegatate.

Visa Fee Waiver !!

The Government of Turkey has waived the visa fees for all registered delegates. Visas wil be granted by the Embassy of Turkey without any Visa Fee but subject to the delegate meeting all the normal criteria stipulated by the Embassy. Please note that granting or the visa is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy.

The TAAI committee is working with National tourism organizations of various countries to offer exciting Pre / Post Convention tours at attractive rates to all the registered delegates.

Convention Registration Charges:

Includes : Registration Kit, Participation at Business Sessions, Entry to the Exhibition, Lunches & Dinners at specified hotels and applicable service taxes.

	Registration of tour package will be considered only after getting the total cost of tour packages received along with duly completed registration form by secretariat at Mumbai & Delhi (Subject to realization of payment)
	Cancellation policy: a. Minimum cancellation Rs. 12,000 Upto 5th February 2012 b. Rs. 20,000 B/w 6th to 15th Feb 2012 c. Rs. 25,000 B/w 16th to 29th Feb 2012 d. From 1st March 2012 onwards no refunds will be made. e. The TAAI Secretariat in Mumbai must receive all request for cancellation in writing as the same will not be accepted over phone or fax or email. f.
