Applications are invited for the post of Receptionist at Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI) Secretariat in Mumbai.

	Should be presentable & have good written & spoken English language knowledge.
	Should be able to handle all incoming & outgoing calls to the board / EPABX. Must be able to take messages on behalf of staff members as & when required.
	Handling Inward and Outward Courier and Keeping Record of the same.
	Assist in planning, preparation of meetings, conferences & presentations etc.
	Responsible for ensuring office is clean & maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies.
	Greet all visitors at the secretariat with enthusiasm and courtesy.
	Should be punctual & self motivated.
	Should be very good at typing, independent correspondence, handling emails, Follow up, computer work (word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook – MS Office), document management & filing.
	Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and with other organizations. Carry out & coordinate any other instructions as given by the Management.
