Convention Registration Fee Categories

A) Package with Accommodation
Category 1 Hotels

Per Delegate – INR 7000/- (Inclusive of taxes)
For 2nd delegate from the same organisation, sharing room – INR 2500/- (Inclusive of taxes)

Category 2 Hotels

Per Delegate – INR 5500/- (Inclusive of taxes)
For 2nd delegate from the same organisation, sharing room – INR 2500/- (Inclusive of taxes)

B) Package without Accommodation

Per Delegate – INR 2500/- (Inclusive of taxes)

Notes on Registration Charges, inclusion, hotels:-

1- Registration is mandatory for all Delegates.
2 - Convention Hotels (3 Nights Stay included from 19th to 22nd April, 2022)

Category 1 Hotels

1)- Hotel Taj Samudra, Colombo
2)- Hotel Mövenpick, Colombo
3)- Hotel Shangri-La, Colombo

Category 2 Hotels

1)- Hotel Hilton, Colombo
2)- Hotel The Kingsbury, Colombo

For all Hotels – Check in time : 1400 Hrs. // Check out time : 12 Noon

Inclusions for delegates who have opted for "Package with accommodation":

1)- Convention Kit
2)- 3 Nights' Accommodation in chosen convention hotel with breakfast on first come first serve basis.
3)- Entry to TAAI Convention (Rights of Admission Reserved).
4)- Entry to Associated Events and Exhibition (Rights of Admission Reserved).
5)- Lunch on 20th & 21st April 2022.
6)- Dinner on 19th; 20th & 21st April 2022
7)- Seat in coach transfers: Airport – Convention Hotel – Airport
8)- Seat in coach shuttle transfers: Convention Hotel – Events – Dinner Venue – Sight Seeing – Convention Hotel.

Inclusions for delegates who have opted for "Package without Accommodation".

1)- Convention Kit
2)- Entry to TAAI Convention
3)- Entry to Associated Events and Exhibition
4)- Lunch on 20th & 21st April 2022
5)- Dinner on 19th; 20th & 21st April 2022

POST TOURS*

I will be participating in Post Tours. Please send me the various options the moment they are finalized.
   (Limited Seats shall be allotted on first come first basis only on Twin sharing basis.)
I will not require any Post Tours.

*TAAI Convention Committee is under discussions with Sri Lankan Tourism Promotion Board (SLTPB) and Sri Lankan Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) to confirm on various options available for post tours within Sri Lanka. A separate mail on the post tours will be sent to such registered delegates, who opt for the same. These post tours are limited per destination & hence will be confirmed on first-come-first-serve basis. Additional charges may apply for post tours.

AIR TRAVEL

TAAI has requested several airlines for seat blocks and airfares for registered Delegates. An early registration will help you qualify to get this specially priced ticket. Please fill in your details and do give your appropriate response:

Terms & Conditions

1) Only registered delegates will be permitted at the Convention.
2) For Registered Delegates, details of Post tours, as and when confirmed, will be sent out as options to choose from.
3) Cancellation Charges will apply.
    - Within 15 Days upto 7 Days – 50 Percent of Registration charges.
    - Within 7 Days & No Shows: 100 percent of Registration charges.
4) The registration price paid by the delegate is subject to availability. In the event the hotel is sold out, TAAI Committee choses their right to assign the delegate a hotel of a similar category.
5) TAAI Convention Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse registration(s) to participate in the Convention without assigning any reasons thereof.
6) Visiting Card of each delegate is mandatory to be uploaded in PDF / JPEG / PNG format.
7) Valid passport copy of each delegate is mandatory to be uploaded in PDF / JPEG / PNG format.
8) COVID - Fully vaccinated certificate of each delegate is mandatory to be uploaded in PDF / JPEG / PNG format.
9) All payment towards convention to be made online for the selected registration category using link https://www.travelagentsofindia.com/pay-online.php & payment details to be shared after making the payment on email ID convention@taai.in . While making the payment online, using above link, kindly select "Paying For – convention registration" & "Reference ID – convention registration reference number to be added”.".
10) No Children allowed below 21 years.
11) While returning back to India, all delegates are required to fill the Air Suvidha Form on their own & this will be the responsibility of the delegate.
12) It is mandatory for members to have paid in full all membership dues for the period ending 31st March, 2022

   I have read the rules & regulation and have understood & do hereby agree with the same, the decision of the TAAI Committee shall be final and binding on me/our organisation. I undertake to attend all business sessions / b2b sessions along with all events as per the Convention program and assure best behavior for our country and our Association / fraternity of travel and tourism in India. Any dispute will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only. Further, please note that I also confirm that TAAI shall not be responsible for my act/behavior and conduct during the events as prescribed and updated to me from time to time by TAAI.


Please ensure you have filled all the mandatory fields and have uploaded the passport copy, business card copy & vaccination certificate copy; without all these required fields registration form may not be accepted.
