Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy details the rules governing transaction cancellations, double payments, and refunds for services provided by the Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI).

1. Membership & Subscription Fees

Annual membership subscriptions, entrance fees, and association dues paid to TAAI are non-refundable and non-transferable once approved and processed.

2. Events, Conventions & Workshops

• Cancellations requested in writing at least 15 days prior to an event start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
• No refunds will be processed for cancellations requested within 15 days of the scheduled event or for non-attendance.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Glitches

If an account is debited multiple times or an excess payment is made due to a network error or gateway issue, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

• Verification: Claims must be reported to TAAI within 7 working days of the transaction.
• Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original source (credit card, bank account, or UPI) within 7 to 10 business days after approval.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for a duplicate transaction, email your receipt and transaction ID to:
