1. Services Provided

TAAI provides membership subscriptions, event registrations, industry certifications, convention bookings, and associated trade services to registered travel professionals and members across India.

2. Online Payment Terms

Online payments for membership fees, event registrations, or contributions are processed securely via ICICI Bank Payment Gateway.
All prices mentioned are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You confirm that the credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI account used for payment belongs to you or that you have been explicitly authorized by the owner to use it.

3. Transaction Security

All payments are processed through encrypted security protocols provided by ICICI Bank. TAAI does not store sensitive payment card details or banking credentials on its servers.

4. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when filling out payment or registration details. TAAI reserves the right to reject any application or transaction if details provided are found to be fraudulent or incomplete.

5. Limitation of Liability

TAAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including internet downtime, bank gateway delays, technical glitches, or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to online payments or membership transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
